A safe experience at Hotel Pasarela

In response to COVID-19, we have raised our standard of cleanliness to safeguard the well-being and safety of both our clients and our staff. Following the recommendations of the health authorities, we have implemented action protocols designed to prevent the spread of the virus.

Generally speaking, these are the actions that are being carried out in our establishment:

 Training : All our staff have been trained in the new cleaning protocols following the ICTE indications validated by the Ministry of Health.
Security: Measures have been implemented to guarantee the social distance of 1.5 m and methacrylate screens have been provided at the reception, as well as providing personal protection equipment (PPE) to all personnel. A shoe disinfection mat is provided at the entrance of the hotel, as well as hand cleaning stations with hydroalcoholic gel distributed throughout the main areas of influx of clients. The use of the elevator is limited to one person (or clients who share a room).
Cleaning: Disinfectant products will be used throughout the hotel, with greater emphasis on those areas of greatest contact, such as elevator, handrail or buttons. To avoid cross contamination, color-coded cloths are used for cleaning the rooms, which will be deposited for washing after cleaning each room.
